Return Requests
Please use the form below to request a return or replacement for any item purchased from ViaTV. We will not accept any returns unless we have previously notified via this form below. Once we have received your returns request one of our customer service agents will contact you soon after to confirm the action we have taken. If you have an item that is damaged please can you take a picture and use the upload function at the bottom of the page to attach the picture.
PLEASE REMEMBER IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM THAT WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED YOU MUST HAVE SIGNED FOR IT ON THE COURIERS SIGNATURE SHEET AS DAMAGED. WE CAN ONLY GIVE CREDIT OR REPLACEMENTS IF THIS HAS BEEN DONE. THIS IS EXPLAINED IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you are returning a product, either by post or by Parcelforce Pick Up, please also print the form out and attach it to the outside of the box. Please ensure that the form will not come off in transit. Any items returned without the form attached to the box will not be credited or there will be a delay in receiving the credit.
